My name is Tim Masters and I am the founder of Freedom Fun USA. I have lived the majority of my life in Austin, graduating from Westwood High School and then college at Texas State University. I am also a veteran, having served in the United States Air Force. I am blessed with a beautiful wife and three wonderful children. I understand how important celebrations and family events are to our customers and I take that responsibility seriously. I have a strong attention to detail and am committed to providing you with a safe, healthy, high quality and fun party. I coached my children in youth sports for over five years and value active engagement and learning.

My business partners Brandon Cruz, Joey Winburn and Zack Masters are also seasoned veterans of our company and have helped contribute to our fast grrowth and thousands of happy customers. They hold the same values and impeccable work ethic that Freedom represents. Every employee is screened, trained and equipped to ensure professionalism, safety and customer satisfaction.

FAQ’s

How do I book a party? 

Click the Reserve Now tab, select your desired date and time, fill in the required information, and submit the request or you can call anytime!

How much does a party cost?

See individual web pages for pricing or you can always call for special events or overnight rentals.

Do I pay in advance?

Yes all orders require a 30% Non refundable deposit prior to your rental date (see policy on weather cancellations below)The remaining balance is due upon delivery.

Does the standard rental time include setup time?

No, we arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play.

How does your overnight rentals work?

Our overnight rentals are extremely popular due to the flexibility it offers and price. That’s exactly why we offer it. We will drop off in a 4-6 hour window anytime before your event start, go thru a thorough orientation process and pickup the next day. We have this down to a science and experience no issues with our customers.

POWER – Are we responsible for ensuring adequate and functional power? Or is it available?

We strongly encourage you to check power on the circuit we will be using with a device that draws high wattage like a vacuum cleaner or hair dryer to ensure there are no issues with circuit breakers or other electrical problems. Unless you rent a generator from us , we cannot be responsible for power issues at the event location – home or public. We rent generators at a reasonable cost.

Parks & Other Public Locations:  We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity.  Again, we strongly encourage you to check power on the circuit we will be using.

If power is available at the park: It is important to verify with the park as well that the circuits are 110V. There have been times where outlets near pools and sport courts were actually wired incorrectly at 220V causing equipment failure. Again , you must verify available power as stated above.

Home & Private Locations:  Many homes have sensitive GFI circuits that are sensitive to high wattage equipment. Please test your outlet with high wattage appliances to ensure that the circuit can handle our equipment. We typically range up to 2000 watts on some of our events like foam parties and movies where high speed fans are used. Many times, we simply move to a different circuit in the home but will need the home owner to verify before we arrive.

WAIVER OPTIONS

Do all participants have to complete a waiver?

All participants at events that we coach are required to complete the waiver. You are also required to sign the waiver and contract for drop off party packages.

Online Waiver Applicaton

The best way to complete the waiver is to use our online tool. The waiver link “for your specific event” will  be in your email receipt after your order is placed.  The waiver link can be easily forwarded to your party attendees via email or other means and you can check for sign up status as well.

Hard Copy Waiver Link

if you don’t get all waivers completed before the party, you can download a hard copy at the link below. Ensure that the parent signs for the child when dropping off and then provide the paperwork to the game coach.

Payment & Weather Policy

What payment types do you accept?

Cash, Check (must be pre-approved) or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.

What is your Weather Policy?

We are very lenient with our weather policy and understand the stress that our customer go thru when their loved ones party has to be cancelled due to weather. We don’t like anyone to miss out on Freedom’s games & movie experiences which is why we will apply your deposit to another date in the future & this rain check will not expire. We can do this a couple days ( 48 hours before the event) if guests need to be notified. On the day of the event & during periods of severe weather (rain, high winds, etc) where we simply can’t host an event due to dangerous conditions, we reserve the right to cancel your reservations. If we have to do that , then we can refund your deposit 100% or apply to a future date If conditions are not too severe and we can still host the event, we will give you the option to keep the rental. If you choose to cancel, a refund of your deposit minus a $10 processing fee will only be issued if there is inclement weather at the time of the rental. If you decide to keep the equipment for the term of the rental agreement (regardless of weather) there will be no refunds. There will be no refunds once the driver leaves for setup and delivery.

Are we responsible for damage in any way?

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our equipment. For example, barricade seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence, ie; jumping on the barricades or leaving the equipment out in wet conditions, etc you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the equipment which can cost thousands of dollars. We don’t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator. We also have our optional damage waiver which can be purchased for 9% of your rental fee which covers you for any “unintentional” damage that may occur during your rental period. However , this waiver does not cover negligence or damage to equipment that occurs to not following drop off instructions.
