Freedom Fun wants your event to go as smoothly as possible so here are a few tips and reminders

Staffed Events: We will arrive approximately 30 – 45 minutes in advance in order to get everything setup prior to your event start time. There is no fee for this extra time & your rental will still last the scheduled amount of time. We do need someone over the age of 18 at the time of delivery to sign safety rules, contracts and make payment.

Tipping The Host or delivery personnel for excellent service isn’t expected but always appreciated!

Drop Off Events: Depending on how many rentals we have that day, we generally arrive 1-8 hours before the event start time. We will call 1-2 days before your event to give you an approximate arrival time. We do need someone over the age of 18 at the time of delivery to sign safety rules, contracts and make payment. The person in charge of operating the equipment will also need to be present for orientation & training.

OVERNIGHT EQUIPMENT MUST BE CLEANED & STORED INSIDE! 

All equipment dropped off or kept overnight must be clean & packed per instructions provided by delivery personnel. Below are some but not all examples…..

1) Inflatable barricades, movie screens, are to be cleaned, dry & in bags when pickup personnel arrive (same condition as dropped off)

2) Laser tag, movie equipment, archery , concessions  are to be cleaned and in totes provided at drop-off when pickup personnel arrive. Equiipment must be kept in a protected area & out of the weather elements.

3) An additional $50 will be applied to the card on file if equipment is not ready for pickup in totes provided.

4) There is a $75 per hour cleaning charge for any equipment that is dirty or not in the condition dropped off.

5) Any equipment repair or damage will be billed to the credit card on file unless customer has damage waiver & it covers the applicable repair.

Please clear the set up area of any rocks, stickers or sharp objects and doggie traps.  We don’t set up on rocks or other sharp objects and cannot put our equipment on muddy or wet ground and doggie piles.

Final Payment is due at the time of delivery if not processed by card on file (which is selected when event deposit is taken). You can pay with Cash, Credit Card or Check. When paying with cash we ask for exact change as our drivers do not carry change with them.

POWER –  Dedicated electrical outlet must be available within 50′ ft of event area for ensuring adequate and functional power. If plug is further , you must provide a functional generator for up to 2000 watts of continuous power or you can rent one from us. Please call us immediately if you have any questions

Furthermore, we strongly encourage you to check power on the circuit we will be using with a device that draws high wattage like a vacuum cleaner or hair dryer to ensure there are no issues with circuit breakers or other electrical problems. Unless you rent a generator from us, we cannot be responsible for power issues at the event location – home or public. We rent generators at a reasonable cost

Parks & Other Public Locations:  We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity.  Again, we strongly encourage you to check power on the circuit we will be using.

If power is available at the park, it is important to verify with the park as well that the circuits are 110V. There have been times where outlets near pools and sport courts were actually wired incorrectly at 220V causing equipment failure.

Home & Private Locations:  Many homes have sensitive GFI circuits that are sensitive to high wattage equipment. Please test your outlet with high wattage appliances to ensure that the circuit can handle our equipment. We typically range up to 2000 watts on some of our events like foam parties and movies where high speed fans are used. Many times, we simply move to a different circuit in the home but will need the home owner to verify before we arrive.

Payment & Weather Policy
What payment types do you accept? Cash, Check (must be pre-approved) or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.

What is your Weather Policy?
If there is inclement weather & event cannot be held, we will work with you to reschedule for a future date. This rain check will not expire. Customer agrees to full policy on our website at https://freedomfunusa.com/about/#payment-and-weather-policy

Important Waiver Of Liability Requirement For Participants in Mobile Games: (PLEASE READ BELOW)

All participants in mobile game events & foam parties that we staff & coach are required to complete a waivier of liability. Please see easy online link below that can be emailed to guests prior to the event date. You can also download hard copies of the waiver by clicking the hard copy waiver link below.
