- How many people can fit under each tent size comfortably?
40 people in a 20x20. 60 people in a 20x30 and 80 people in a 20x40 tent.
- Why are there 3 different prices for the tents?
We offer a 6 hour rental, an overnight rental and a weekend rental price to help save you money. You only pay for as long as you need it. Ask us about our extended rental pricing if you need to rent a tent for more than 3 days.
- Can I rent a tent for longer than 3 days?`
Yes you can rent a tent for as long as you need it. There are no limits on time.
- What is your weather policy?
We require a 1 week notice for cancellations on any tent rentals. We will provide you a full credit for your rental balance that never expires and can be applied towards anything we offer if you cancel at least 1 week in advance otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
- Do you have complete tent, table and chair packages?
Yes we do offer special bundles designed to include everything you need at a discounted rate. Ask a party pro about our special packages to get the right size tent, # of tables and chairs you need.
