- Do I need to pay a deposit to rent a bounce house?
We require a 30% deposit to book the order and the remaining balance is due the day before your event. If you're a school, church, HOA or corporate client, we may be able to work with you on alternative payment methods.
- How long can I keep my bounce house rental?
We don't charge per the hour like the other guys! Our bounce house rental prices are priced for all day. We will deliver and pickup the following day.
- Can I use the combo bounce house rental with water or dry only?
You can use the combo bounce house rental wet or dry for the same price! It has a hose hook up if you want to use the slide as a water slide.
- Where do you setup bounce house rentals?
We can setup anywhere! We setup bounce house rentals in backyards, parks, schools, gymnasiums and more!
- What type of power is required for the inflatable rental?
All we need is a standard 20amp circuit to hook up our blower to. These are the standard outlets you find in your home!
- What happens if weather is bad and I need to cancel?
Don’t worry, with our “free rescheduling assurance policy", you are able to cancel at any time due to inclement weather or emergency without losing any money. We will simply issue you a credit that never expires! We believe in protecting our customers and giving them peace of mind, so you’ll never incur any charges or hidden fees with freedom fun.
