- Does the laser tag party require a deposit?
We require a 30% deposit to book the order and the remaining balance is due the day before your event. If you're a school, church, HOA or corporate client, we may be able to work with you on alternative payment methods.
- Can we play different outdoor laser tag games?
Yes! We start you off with “team battle” and that is our standard game. It’s 5 vs 5 elimination. We can always switch it up with different games like “free-4-all”, “capture the flag”, “protect the president” and so many more! Please let us know ahead of time what games you would like to play so we can make sure to have it ready for you on gameday.
- How far in advance should I reserve my laser tag party?
This is always tough to answer. We always recommend booking as soon as you know the date of your party. If you’re unsure of the time, that’s okay. As long as you pay the deposit, you will have the majority of that day reserved and we can always go back and work out the smaller details later. Our events are in high demand and we can’t “hold” our equipment for anyone.
- What's the difference between the nerf laser tag and battle rifle pro laser tag guns?
Our nerf laser tag | codename: phoenix tagger is our starter package. These work best for kids 7 and under. They light up and have cool sound effects, and are very easy to use. Our battle rifle pro | codename: brp tagger provides the ultimate laser tag experience. They are tactical looking, super loud, and have awesome led effects. Plus they have red dot sight scopes that you can aim through that make it super realistic. Kids and adults will use these all night long without taking a break. They have a shooting range of over two hundred yards! Epic!
- Where can I play mobile laser tag?
This is probably our most asked question. If you have a yard that you’re not sure will suffice, I recommend calling or texting us with a picture and details of how many people you expect on having so we can work it out together. We also set up inside gymnasiums and local parks. If you need help finding a location indoors or outdoors, reach out to us and we can help you get an area reserved for your event.
- How long do the laser tag guns last?
The phoenix laser tag guns will typically last all day. We provide spare aa batteries in case they run low on battery after several hours. The brp battle rifle pros will go for 8+ hours on a full charge and we provide chargers as well.
